Founded in 2016 in Birmingham, Alabama by accomplished attorney Vincent J. Graffeo, Graffeo Law offers the experience and expertise of a traditional full-service firm with the efficiency, flexibility and personal attention of a boutique firm. Graffeo Law serves the needs of its clients across the entire state of Alabama through its principal office in Birmingham, Alabama.

Fees

Graffeo Law provides legal services on a value basis. Civil litigation matters are generally billed at an hourly rate, which may vary depending on the practice area, complexity of the matter and other case specific factors. The firm will also handle some litigation matters on a contingency, hybrid or other alternative fee arrangement as negotiated with its clients. For non-litigation matters, Graffeo Law delivers services on either an hourly-rate or fixed-fee basis. Graffeo Law can also develop customized fee schedules and estimates to help provide cost predictability to clients with litigation and project budgets.
